Пасхальное послание

Христос Воскресе!
Дорогие собратья архипастыри и пастыри, братья и сёстры!
В этом году в Украине мы прожили особенный Великий пост и сейчас празднуем особенную Пасху — Пасху в условиях войны, торжество жизни посреди смерти.
Но, война против Христа и христиан велась и ведётся везде и всегда. Она может переходить в видимую свою стадию, как и сейчас в Украине война ведётся не только против неугодного народа, но и сокрыто против Церкви, в невидимой же своей форме война продолжается постоянно — битва жизни и смерти не прекратится пока существует этот мир. Это и противостояние между ангельскими воинствами и полчищами бесов, между грехом и праведностью, между раем и адом. Как писал русский писатель Фёдор Достоевский: "Здесь диавол с Богом борется, а поле битвы — сердца людей". Война в сердце каждого человека и от каждого из нас зависит исход битвы за свою жизнь.
Конечный итог всех земных сражений известен — всё и для всех рано или поздно заканчивается смертью и разрушением человеческих дел и планов. Диавол пытался на земле победить и Христа, и он Его победил по земным своим меркам — Господь был предан позорной казни. Но именно смерть Христова стала Его победой и низвержением диавола, поскольку именно смертью Христа сокрушились врата ада и открылось Небесное Царство.
Христос — наш победный военачальник во всех земных сражениях, следуя за Которым и мы побеждаем смерть. Найдём в себе силы подняться над земными баталиями — не важно, проиграем ли мы здесь или выиграем — главное, чтобы за гранью земной жизни Небесный Царь сделал нас причастниками Своей непобедимой вечности, частью Небесных Сил, жителями Небесного Града — в этом заключается наша победа!
Воскресе Христос — и жизнь торжествует!

Дорогі архіпастирі та пастирі, брати та сестри!
Цього року в Україні ми прожили особливий Великий піст і зараз святкуємо особливу Пасху — Пасху в умовах війни, торжество життя посеред смерті.
Але війна проти Христа і християн велася і ведеться скрізь і завжди. Вона може переходити у видиму свою стадію, як і зараз в Україні війна ведеться не тільки проти неугодного народу, але й приховано проти Церкви, у невидимій своїй формі війна триває постійно — битва життя і смерті не припиниться, поки існує цей світ. Це й протистояння між ангельськими воїнствами та полчищами бісів, між гріхом та праведністю, між раєм та адом. Як писав руський письменник Федір Достоєвський: "Тут диявол із Богом бореться, а поле битви — серця людей". Війна в серці кожної людини і кожного з нас залежить результат битви за своє життя.
Підсумок усіх земних битв відомий — усе рано чи пізно закінчується смертю і руйнацією людських справ і планів. Диявол намагався на землі перемогти і Христа, і він Його переміг за земними своїми рахунками — Господь був відданий на ганебну кару. Але саме смерть Христова стала Його перемогою над дияволом, оскільки саме смертю Христа скрушилася брама пекла і відкрилося Небесне Царство.
Христос — наш переможний воєначальник у всіх земних битвах, ідучи за Яким і ми перемагаємо смерть. Знайдемо сили піднятися над земними баталіями — не важливо, чи програємо ми тут чи виграємо — головне, щоб за межею земного життя Небесний Цар зробив нас причасниками Своєї непереможної вічності, частиною Небесних Сил, громадянами Небесного Граду — у цьому полягає наша перемога!
Воскресе Христос — і життя торжествує!

Christ is Risen!
Dear fellow archpastors and pastors, brothers and sisters!
This year in Ukraine we lived a special Great Lent and now we are celebrating a special Pascha - Pascha in the conditions of war, the triumph of life in the midst of death.
But, the war against Christ and Christians was and is being waged everywhere and always. It can move into its visible stage, just as now in Ukraine the war is waged not only against the objectionable people, but also secretly against the Church, while in its invisible form the war continues constantly - the battle of life and death will not stop as long as this world exists. This is the confrontation between angelic armies and hordes of demons, between sin and righteousness, between heaven and hell. As the Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky wrote: "Here the devil fights with God, and the battlefield is the hearts of people." The war is in the heart of every person and the outcome of the battle for our lives depends on each of us.
The final result of all earthly battles is known - everything and for everyone sooner or later ends with death and the destruction of human deeds and plans. The devil tried to defeat Christ on earth, and he defeated Him according to his earthly standards - the Lord was put to a shameful execution. But it was precisely the death of Christ that became His victory and the overthrow of the devil, since it was precisely through the death of Christ that the gates of hell were broken and the Kingdom of Heaven was opened.
Christ is our victorious commander in all earthly battles, following whom we also conquer death. Let’s find the strength to rise above earthly battles — it doesn’t matter if we lose or win here — the main thing is that beyond the limits of earthly life the Heavenly King makes us partakers of His invincible eternity, part of the Heavenly Forces, residents of the Heavenly City — this is our victory!

CHRIST EST RESSUSCITÉ !
Bien-aimés frères évêques, prêtres, chers frères et sœurs !
Cette année nous avons vécu en Ukraine un Grand-Carême particulier et nous célébrons aujourd’hui une Pâque particulière, une Pâque dans des conditions de guerre, nous célébrons le triomphe de la vie au milieu de la mort.
Toutefois, la guerre contre le Christ et les chrétiens a été menée de tout temps et de partout. Elle peut prendre une forme visible, tout comme maintenant en Ukraine la guerre est menée non seulement contre les personnes indésirables, mais aussi de façon secrète contre l'Église, mais même sous sa forme invisible, la guerre ne cesse jamais,en effet le combat entre la vie et la mort ne s'arrêtera pas tant que ce monde existe. C'est la confrontation entre les armées angéliques et les hordes de démons, entre le péché et la justice, entre le ciel et l'enfer. Comme l'a écrit l'écrivain russe Fiodor Dostoïevski : « Ici, le diable se bat avec Dieu, et le champ de bataille est le cœur des gens ». La guerre se déroule dans le cœur de chaque personne et l'issue de la bataille pour nos vies dépend de chacun de nous.
L’issue finale de toutes les guerres terrestres est connu : tout se termine pour tout le monde, tôt ou tard, par la mort et la destruction des affaires humaines et de tous les plans qui avaient été conçus. Le diable a essayé de vaincre le Christ sur terre, et il L'a vaincu selon ses normes terrestres — le Seigneur a été livré à une exécution honteuse. Mais c'est la mort du Christ qui est devenue précisément Sa victoire ainsi que la chute du diable, car c'est par Sa mort qu’Il a brisé les portes de l'enfer et a ouvert le Royaume céleste.
Le Christ est notre chef de guerre victorieux dans tous les combats terrestres, et si nous marchons à Sa suite nous vaincrons également la mort. Trouvons en nous la force de nous élever au-dessus des batailles terrestres, peu importe que nous perdions ou gagnions ici, l'essentiel est qu'au-delà des limites de la vie terrestre, le Roi Céleste nous rende participants à Son invincible éternité, qu’Il fasse de nous une partie des Forces Célestes, des habitants de la Cité Céleste — c'est en cela que consiste notre victoire !
Le Christ Ressuscite et la vie triomphe !
